but despite that fact, they do their job and are more than willing to help anyone out. you can tell the workers here arent are happy as they used to be. things have changed a lot at this casino. im a frequent gambler at this casino and ive been coming here for more than 10 years. i didnt have to wait more than 4 minutes for change or anything else for that matter when i had my service light on. despite it being crazily busy, there were more than enough people on the floor making sure things were taking care of. the change clerks were always seen and when they saw me, would acknowledge me and anticipate what i needed. everyone on the floor was more than knowledgeable and more than willing to help. Let me start by saying overall guest experience was great.
